Cutting Winston and passing on multiple elite right tackle prospects in free agency (including the top two) to spend the first overall pick on a right tackle would be a monumental waste of resources.
Wouldn't it be nice if they are just trying to lower the perceived value of Geno so they can hopefully move down and still get him and it works out? |
I don't know who the Chiefs will draft its a roll of the dice but I don't think it will be Joeckel at 1. The CB market is way too flooded no way the Chiefs don't get a #2 CB at a good price.
If I'm the Chiefs I leak info pumping up Joeckel. I think those who say there isn't a demand for the #1 pick are wrong. I can think of atleast 3 teams who will atleast think about trading up to draft him. Why not start a bidding war for the pick? |

If you are Detroit, you have to protect your investment in Stafford. |

Manziel is short, slender build and only an adequate arm. But whatever, he will probably declare after this year, and some team will fall in love with his intangibles like they did Tebow. |

For all we know....they may want to move Hudson back to LG and find a replacement OC. FA is going to tell us a lot. |

If Sharrif Floyd lights up his pro day and rises to the top of the draft.....I wonder if a team would be willing to trade up to #1 to get him. He could easily get drafted by the Jags, Raiders or Eagles. The Eagles have been gutting their defensive line as well this offseason. Maybe they want to move ahead of the Jags/Raiders to get him.
