draft a Quarterback in every round, it's the only way to win!!!

His 1 "big game" as a WR came against Indy, in no other game did he go for over 50 yards receiving for the entire season. Closest he got was 47 yards against the Falcons. Game changer. ROFL

I'll take a WR with not very good production over a brokedick MAC conference tackle who can't find his dick from his asshole on the field.

One player just doesn't get the ball in his hands. The other gets his QB sent to the hospital in an ambulance.

Lets hope Stephenson will be ready to man Left Tackle if or when Fisher gets injured again.

does that mean Jeff Linchenfarts plugs in at RT then

double edge sword if Fisher gets hurt. lose-lose no matter what because we have nothing at swing tackle

So we just ignore returns? Those yards and TD's don't count? Wr's usually take some time to develop, but I'd love to see Austin in an Andy Reid offense. We could use a guy like Austin right now.

Look. I get it was a weak draft and one which should have required some out of the box thinking but given the current state of the team I'd take Austin this year of Fish for the 2014 Chiefs.

Allen may end up there if everything goes to shit.

Last quarter of the season he was playing pretty well. Kicked the shit out of Von Miller.

He's going to be okay.

I'd be more worried about Joe Mays as my starting MLB and Donnie Avery as my #2 WR than Eric Fisher.

Personally, I think that with Fisher and Stephenson, the Chiefs have the makings of a very good bookend tackle situation.

That's my thought. What could he possibly gain by waiting for the procedure? And which shoulder did he have surgery on? I'd assume it was his right.

I'd guess left. Pretty sure most of the pressures and sacks he gave up were to his inside.

Two questions:

Which NFL players have gone from injury prone rookie seasons to develop as perennial Pro-bowl players?

Exactly which position on the Chiefs OL has a high probability of being average or better this year?

Yep and Keenan Allen would look real nice right now to.

So now this has turned into an NFL.com draft do over? Everyone is complaining about who they would have taken #1 now that the season has played out? Hindsight is always 20/20. We took who we took, time to deal with it now.

So now wr are given a pass for poor production in their rookie campaign but o line doesn't? Doesn't make much sense. Draft a WR at number 1 but give him a pass because he's a rookie and needs time? Sounds basically like what you're getting panties in a wad about with Fisher.

Marcellus 04-22-2014 05:54 AM

Only CP could read that article and take it as nothing but negatives and think he just had surgery on Friday.

All this tells us is he was playing hurt last year. Doesn't mean he will kill it this year or be a bust.

Jury is still out.

MahiMike 04-22-2014 05:58 AM

So why did we let 3 of our line go? Another boring draft?

It's been a bizarre year. I hated the pick and still do. But my god, I've never seen a fan base so anxious to see a rookie fail.
