We have yet not clinched a playoff series on the road yet.

Agreed. Forget home. You get Price in game 6 and then would have to rely on Cueto in game 7? Pass. End this shit today

This is a sobering thought.

Yup, she's as fit as I expected from a Royals fan. ;)

Everybody keep in mind that the J's won 3 straight elimination games against Texas. Howbeit they clinched at home, they won 2 on the road 1st before going back home.

It's been a fun series so far and I feel KC will get the pennant, but don't count the J's out until it's over!

C3HIEF3S 10-21-2015 11:34 AM

This Royals team seems to do a good job of keeping focus, I highly doubt they think this one is over already.

A victory today would be so, so sweet.

Pablo 10-21-2015 11:39 AM

I'm not worried about the Royals coming out flat. Or what happens if the Jays take one today. The series is ours now. We've got a stranglehold and we aren't giving it back.

Sorry that you ran into the post season buzz saw that is the Royals you Canadian cock milkers!

Well, I don't suspect they are going to roll over and die, but their bullpen is ****ed today. Meaning, they might have to leave Estrada in longer than they want to. If not, they may have to waste Price to come in and relieve.

Either way, big KC advantage right now, especially given we have a well-rested Duffy (who could give us 3-4+) and Davis (who could give us 2) ready to go in the pen.

So much of the world would be right if the Royals won today.

We'd end the series. We'd have several days to sit back and relish it. We'd have time to set up our WS starting rotation any way we'd like. I could catch up on some of my backlogged TV viewing.

If we lose, I guarantee you I will immediately go into crisis mode and fret so much about blowing the series that Hootie will leave the threads in disgust and WilliamtheIrish will reach through his computer monitor and slap me across the face.
