We don't need any knee jerk reactions from the overreaction lounge! Justin's knee and our jerks reacting.

Houston now possibly having knee issues?

A few weeks ago I questioned the Chiefs medical staff and was lit up for it. This is too much of a coincidence.

dj didn't re injure anything.

It was the other one

We don't know which knee Houston hurt.

DJ injured his OTHER Achilles.

Gaines' issue is that he sucks, not that his knee is no good.

The Chiefs medical staff has very little to do with any of this. Bottom line is the Chiefs are actually one of the more healthy teams in the league, and if anything, you should be praising them.

So if you were lit up for it, you deserved it.

They've got 9 guys on ir. They aren't one of the more healthy teams in the league.

In all seriousness, I've raised this question before too. Far too many "relapses" with this team it seems. If I have one concern with Dorsey, it is that he doesn't put much emphasis on durability as opposed to other talent evaluators. Guys like Gaines, Commings, Kelce, Streater, Branch, G. Schwartz all had injury histories at the time of acquisition. Some guys get over them, others seem cursed. I'm hoping Houston does not fall in the latter category.....

Horse shit.

You've compared that number to the rest of the league?

Just checked.

There are 21 Teams that are either as injured, or more than the Chiefs.

Of the 10 above us, 4 of them are sitting there with 8, only one less than the Chiefs.

As far as the NFL is concerned, yeah, the Chiefs are relatively healthy.

Clearly it's the medical staff not hitting the books, cut em

Yup. It sucks losing DJ but really, there are few teams in the NFL at this point that don't have at least 3 or 4 starters on the IR.

The Chiefs have lost better players than many because they have better players to lose, that's about it. They still have their QB and their best weapon in the passing game. Their line has both tackles. Both of their key pass-rushers and their interior anchor are still around. Their secondary is intact with the exception of Gaines who was on his way to losing his job due to performance.

Can't really claim injuries as an excuse right now - everybody's hurt.

They're about right in the middle of the pack.

It's not really an excuse, but a statement to the depth here.

Their best defensive player missed over half the year, Charles, peters was dinged up, ford has missed time, the front 7, the ol etc.

Every team is dinged right now but the chiefs have kept winning

Locked On Chiefs podcast for 12/16 says that Justin has an illness that is lingering, NOT an injury.
