Really? I visited there last year and didn’t care for the city at all. Did enjoy Alcatraz and going up into Sonoma and of course Oracle Park is gorgeous. But the inner city itself is so crowded and the streets filled with the homeless. Maybe I’m just used to the Midwest but I couldn’t see how anyone would be happy in SF. Clearly you’ve never been here. We are always drunk so of course we are happy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Good for OP. Have nothing but good things to say about my short time working there last summer before moving to KY (for work and work only). I would definitely welcome moving back a few years down the line to settle down for good.

Glad to here it. Other than the JoCo douche bros I went to HS with, Overland Park was a great place to grow up. Whenever I’m back in KC for a Chiefs game, I spend a day driving around the neighborhoods I used to live in.

ROFL Lived in Goodyear and Avondale as a small kid - the old man was stationed at Luke for a couple of years. Yeah, it's a dry heat - but so is an oven.... I still remember (this was like 57? 58?) The rattlesnake roundups....sadly, I also remember the kid that was killed by a Gila monster in Estrella Park.... |
I lived in OP and currently live in CA, this report is BS!
Irvine? There's nothing positive to say about it. San Fran!? The highest population of homeless in CA, most expensive city in US. |
