This thread should be a TURNOVER to Romper Room.
|
just because you don't lose posession of a fumble, does not mean it's not a turnover :D

Its absolutely, 100% factually, incorrect. A turnover is a change of possession. Period. Without a change of possession, you do not have a turnover. No matter how many times you say it, you are still wrong. You are wrong according to NFL rules, you are wrong according to scorekeeping, you are wrong semantically. You are so wrong that there is not a single person, anywhere, who would agree with you. <iframe width="1903" height="768" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/zrWoG8IckyE" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe> |
ROFL, i love you guys.
the whole point of the thread was to prove even tho mahomes didn't have a great 'game', he still did enough to 'earn' MVP... i just wonder if some of you are hypersensitive to the fact some are saying the game was rigged in our favour. ;) i will say, i was looking at all my reputation points and it was all green. was pondering something to post to even it out so i didn't get too conceited. welp, you all delivered in a big way... :thumb: |

should the thread have been titled: you had 2 INT's and 2 fumbles, and still won MVP? it would have been too easy. no one could make the case that i was wrong. you would have all bitched about the fact that those two fumbles weren't recovered, so it doesn't count. to which i would have simply linked everyone to the boxscore, to prove he in deed did in fact have two fumbles. NOW because i phrased it the way i did, you have an avenue to sling turds against the wall. don't you all see i am simply having fun playing this game with you all :D |

you are not wrong. we were lucky. but others weren't. but i will tell you what, the programs are in place, and with the sheer luck of all this rain in the last 45 days, is going to go a long way towards helping the recovery. we went six months without mowing the yard it was so dry. in the last month, we have had to mow three times. if only we could get the red cross out of the way. they still haven't learned from Katrina. i will take some video of some of our hardest hit areas (still not near what others went thru). you can see the amount of flames that scorched the trees. street signs bolts melting which allowed them to curl like a pigs tail. but yet, you see the regrowth first. it is flat out amazing. a really bad bump in the road, but we manage well during crisis. :thumb: |
