Yea, I am 2 cups max.

And with working out I never go above 300mg of caffeine in my preworkout. I'm sensitive over that too and it's not fun.

I go in streaks, especially after my surgery.

One day, I can drink espresso all day and then take a nap.

The next day, I'll have 2 or 3 double shots and feel like I might never sleep again.

Had to coach a 9 a.m. flag football game in the pouring rain.
At least we won. The last 5 minutes it could have gone either way. Ball was slipping every which way, kids falling down every play rolling around in goose shit. Good times.
