Every AFC team for the last 3 years has been laser focused on beating the best team in he Conference, the Kansas City Chiefs. The Bengals did that. Play this game 3 times, I think the Chiefs win 2 of 3, but we don't get to do that.

Every season that ends in a real chance at the Super Bowl is a successful season. Yes, Patrick says anything less than the SB is a failure...for the players that is correct. But for us fans, we are one of the best teams in the entire league and will be for many years to come.

Settle the **** down.

Those ridiculous expectations are because of what the Pats did with Brady. It is unfair as every team is judged now by that 20 year run. The Chiefs have been unbelievable these past 4 seasons with another decade in front of them.

Or you could get lucky and Mahomes has a decent-sized injury and we can spend a season just having a laugh.

WTF???

No debate that this was a failed season.

Super Bowl or Bust

I mean….the Chiefs talk about Super Bowl or bust all season themselves so why shouldn’t we?

We’re just holding them to the standards they set.

It seemed that ICH found the pressure of SB expectations were too onerous. I was trying to alleviate his anxiety.

WTF?

We are in last place in our division in week 7 or so? We end up hosting the AFCCG? We lose in OT?

I'd almost say not only was this season not a failure but we may have played above where we should have been.....

It's just so sickening.

This Bengals team is not better than us. We were absolutely steam rolling them. And then Pat shit the bed. This loss will haunt his legacy for a long time. He choked. And now everyone knows he's no longer invincible in the postseason. No longer immune to epic chokes at home. This loss really feels monumental. I hate that that's the case, but I'm just in shock over what I just saw.

I'm just ****ing sick.

Well the Bengals are clearly better than the chiefs in the second half.

Dude they’re not paying one man $550M to not play in Super Bowls. That’s the least he can do.

Weird hypothesis, but you do you.

ping2000 01-30-2022 08:54 PM

This team needs a shitload of work on defense. Still too damn soft.

petegz28 01-30-2022 08:55 PM

2 things were never going to change even if we won this game...

1. I still have to go to work tomorrow
2. I still haven't ****ed Kaley Cuoco

A Chiefs win wasn't changing either of those things

It’s a true wonder that people say you’re a miserable ****ing person who actually seems to relish this team’s failures.

I’ve see a few of your posts and you almost seem giddy.

Kinda sad for you.
