In my late 30's I started having exit issues. Did a 7 day water only fast and it cured all my symptoms.

Of course probably best to get checked out at 45 if that is the recommended age.

My pro tip from my recent one is to keep shaking that jug a lot. I didn't do it, and the taste of each glass was stronger than the one before.

If you put one of these in your glass, it will make it seem like you are on a tropical vacation.

Here's another pro tip. Next time, go with the smaller one. I paid something like $120 for it but it was worth not having to continue to drink that nasty stuff.

My HCP didn't really give me any say in the matter. I probably could have asked, but it's not so big a deal that I felt it was necessary. I just kind of accept that my life will be pretty miserable from 4pm today until 10am tomorrow. It is what it is.
