The guy can consistently win games and unlike Alex smith he’s more than just a game manager. You have to prepare for him turning into a pumpkin but you know what, brees and rodgers did that in the playoffs for 20 years and nobody wanted to talk about it. He’s not nearly in the same class as josh Allen or mahomes, but the majority of QBs would not have the same level of success even with all the weapons.
We’re just blessed with a qb who has been so consistently good and matchup proof for so long. .

He's great in that offense and he has the skills to really take advantage of it in a way many QBs would not. I agree with you there.
But if you gave him an average OL and average WR, I think he would look much worse than many other average QBs and that is where the slander comes from. I'm among those that think he really needs a really good situation to shine.
