He had the ball with 3 1/2 minutes left and all 3 timeouts and still couldn’t get into FG range. Last year he had the same opportunity to beat us in the last 2 minutes at home and threw 2 lame ducks before they went wide right. The media can pimp him up all they want for narrowly losing to the Chiefs again, but Mahomes would have found a way to score in both of those situations.

That throw was an absolute prayer. It was pure luck that it even made it to Kincaid. People are giving Allen way too much credit. It's a sympathy vote, nothing more

It’s more the coaching staff than Josh tbh. Idk how anyone didn’t know Spags wouldn’t blitz there.

Every money down Spags does it and his OL looked completely unprepared. They also drew up and long developing play. You just can’t do that on 4th and 5 in that situation.

sorry, but the bills offense putting up 29 points isnt the argument ender JAllen glazers think it is. they scratched and clawed their way to barely get every single one of these points. Who cares how it’s done? We actually stopped them on 4th down twice AND denied them a 2-point conversion.. they STILL put up 29 points on us.

It is impressive anyway you slice it.

Funny that you mention that, by the way. A non exhaustive list of QBs who beat Brady in the playoffs:

Jake Plummer
Mark Sanchez
Nick Foles
Joe Flacco
Ryan Tannehill

Mahomes vs Brady? 0-2.

Sometimes football just doesn’t make sense and you can’t blame the QB for every failure.

I've got no hate for Josh Allen or their fans who were diehards even when they were terrible. I see a lot of the old version of chiefs fans in them. His obstacle continues to be that he just can't beat mahomes and the chiefs. Just like every team in the league, including the Bengals who managed to do it just once in the playoffs.

It wasn't a particularly good game for him this time. Terrific gameplan by spags and it doesn't help that Allen has pretty mediocre passing weapons to work with
