Happy late B-Day Rain, I hope the day found you happy and around those you love.

Oh, okay. I just didn't want to be like that Japanese guy they found hiding on an island in 1954.

On Friday, an employee resigned rather suddenly (albeit in a friendly manner), so we had a long unscheduled talk at the end of the day. When I finally came out of my office, the other employees had bought me a birthday cake, but had finally given up and gone home, so I just found the birthday cake on the conference table. Nice thought, though.

On Saturday, I wrenched my back and had back spasms all weekend.

On Saturday night, my wife took me out to dinner nonetheless, and I've had a minor case of food poisoning both yesterday and today, which continues unabated.

Other than that, though, it was a pretty good birthday. Thanks for the greeting!

Have you tried wrenching counter-clockwise? That would usually loosen the problem.

So that Karma Sutra book I got you for your birthday didn't work out so well after all.

I guess you really can't teach an old dog new tricks.

I can never do that third twist on my triple-twist-somersaulting dismount. I don't know why I even try any more.
