Bengals secondary obviously flunked geometry.

milkman 01-09-2010 06:06 PM

If Keller has any speed that would have been a TD.

Pioli Zombie 01-09-2010 06:06 PM

Sanchez will get credit for 43 yards for throwing a 4 yard dink.

Anyway, I understand your opinion and respect it, just explaining my own. Like I said, I'm not anti-Sanchez, I just think think it's generally wiser to be more...traditional where draft picks are concerned, particularly with a high pick.

In general, I agree.

QBs, however, ar an entirely different animal.

Cassel would have got credit for 4 yards because the receiver would have had to dive backward to get it.

They went to the Mike Brown school of angles.

Letting the play clock run down to 1 or 2 seconds is maturity?

Wait, what?

cdcox 01-09-2010 06:09 PM

Dangerous, dangerous pass.

There's no decision, kick the FG.

Kick it.

Doesn't look like it. 0-5 it looks like after a quick scan through his game logs.

UGH, you just advocated the selection of Tyson JAckson.

No. I really didn't. 3-4 defensive end is not a position you traditionally take in the top 5. I certainly wouldn't have done it.

(Which doesn't keep me from hoping he turns into some kind of feral beast on the football field...)

Buck 01-09-2010 06:20 PM

Cmon Bengals you idiots

keg in kc 01-09-2010 06:20 PM

What the **** was that throw?

kcxiv 01-09-2010 06:20 PM

Will Carson Palmer ever live up to the hype?

Yep

'Hamas' Jenkins 01-09-2010 06:21 PM

Revis has owned Ocho mercilessly in this game.

The Bengals have to put him in motion and move him into the slot. He cannot get open on the edge at all.

Marcellus 01-09-2010 06:22 PM

WTF was that throw?

He was well on his way to doing just that before the Steelers jacked up his knee.

He has never played at that level since.

I think that injury got into his head.

kstater 01-09-2010 06:22 PM

That'll be another 15

cdcox 01-09-2010 06:22 PM

That was a piss poor corner blitz.

Marcellus 01-09-2010 06:22 PM

Looks like a weak flag.

You said highest percentage at the sure thing. In other words, the safe move.

'Hamas' Jenkins 01-09-2010 06:23 PM

As bad as Palmer has played, his receivers have been abysmal this game.

The Jets have the #1 pass D and they are just completely shutting down every Bengal receiver.

Pioli Zombie 01-09-2010 06:23 PM

So if its Jets-Colts how often are we going to hear about Super Bowl 3?

Marcellus 01-09-2010 06:23 PM

Borderline call.

Marcellus 01-09-2010 06:24 PM

That's a TD he holds on after he hits.

FWIW, his exact words on the Tyson Jackson pick when it happened were

"God damn, that's a pathetic pick".

'Hamas' Jenkins 01-09-2010 06:25 PM

kick the FG.

Shayne Graham, FA 2010.

Marcellus 01-09-2010 06:27 PM

****ing Feeley is punting and kicking FG's and Graham cant hit a 35 yarder.

tk13 01-09-2010 06:27 PM

Isn't Graham one of the most accurate kickers in NFL history? But then again Vanderjagt wasn't all that in the playoffs either.

Dylan 01-09-2010 06:27 PM

theisman save your breath, the kicker is dead --

Hammock Parties 01-09-2010 06:27 PM

If Bono didn't suck Elliot wouldn't have even been in a position to shank those field goals.

:spock:

He missed two gimmie FGs on field turf, including a 28 yarder. At least Eliot was attempting FGs in the 40+ yard range on a chewed up field.

kansas hawk 01-09-2010 06:27 PM

haha you could feel he was going to miss. brings back memories

morphius 01-09-2010 06:27 PM

Time to get a new kicker, took away any chance of this being a fun game.

If this was Colombia (the country) and this was soccer, he would be shot after the game.

Graham ****ing choked in 2006, missing a chip shot FG against the Steelers that would have knocked us out of the playoffs

He should have been fired when Herm backed into the playoffs.

'Hamas' Jenkins 01-09-2010 06:31 PM

If Cincy would have put him in motion all game he would have been a much bigger factor.

MMXcalibur 01-09-2010 06:31 PM

The Bengals can't get out of their own way.
