The Brady bill is coming due

Rain Man 10-17-2022 07:18 PM

So when you're a woman like that, I wonder what the reaction is when you tell people that you're marrying Robert Kraft. What do her parents say? What do her female friends say? Do they say, "I'm glad you found love" when everyone knows that's not true? Do they say, "What are you going to buy first?" Do they say, "If you're going to be a gold-digger, shoot for the stars?" or "I hope he dies soon?" I'm genuinely curious. Everyone knows what's going on. She's trading nudity and bisexual threesomes and probably some unspeakable obscene acts for an eventual healthy divorce settlement.

I'm not saying it's a bad thing. If it works for him and it works for her, that's great. I'm just curious how the conversations go when she tells the people around her.

Why would he get married at his age? Why not just have good looking sugar babies? It's not like he has any morals. He paid to have a 50 year old Chinese woman jerk him off with her thump up his butt.

Yeah, there's no logic behind this. He can bring in hookers every day for a lower cost.

Maybe this is cheaper than bringing in two hookers every day, though. I'll have to do the math.

Tom Brady says he's finding it nearly impossible to focus on his personal life half of the year ... explaining he feels like NFL seasons are similar to "going away on deployment for the military."

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers star shed light on his struggle with work-life balance while talking with Kevin Durant on this week's episode of the quarterback's "Let's Go" podcast.

The 45-year-old admitted even though he tries to place an emphasis on certain aspects of his off-field life during the football season ... he always finds himself buried in his job instead.

"I almost look at like a football season like you're going away on deployment for the military," Brady said. "And it's like, 'Man, here I go again.'"

"The reality is," he continued, "is you can really only be authentic to yourself. Right? Whatever you may say -- 'Ah, man, I want to, you know, make sure I spend a little more time doing this during the season,' the reality is, is when it comes down to it, your competitiveness takes over and as much as you want to have this playful balance with the work balance -- you're going to end up doing exactly what you've always done, which is why you are who you are."

The words appear to shed further light on the marital issues Brady is having with Gisele Bünchden. She's wanted him to step away from football for years and be more of a hands-on family man. But he's making it clear, he's having a very hard time doing that.

In fact, he said he straight up gets to the point where all he cares about in the fall and winter months is wins and losses.

"You're going to go, 'How the f*** do I get it done?'" he said. "'What do I got to do for my teammates to get it done?'"

As we reported, Gisele has left Tom because of his obsession with football ... and the two have started the process of a divorce, already hiring high-profile, family law attorneys in South Florida.

Yeah, I don't get how someone could marry a player like Tom Brady and expect anything other than this

Brady is such a douche bag. As a person who has deployed for real many times I feel insulted by his rediculous analogy. He thinks we should feel sorry for him to go off and play football for millions of bucks?

What a self-serving out of touch with reality asshole.

No, he doesn't. He's explaining his mentality and how seriously he takes it. Not all players are like that.

Pretty sure he's just comparing the commitment it takes to enlist in the military and the away time from family on deployment to how he plays football. I don't think he's going as far as you want to take his comment.

backinblack 10-18-2022 01:00 PM

He's saying he would rather die in Afghanistan than be with his family

Red Dawg 10-18-2022 01:01 PM

I took it as the way he said it. He's saying that it's tough to be a family man and play football. Fell sorry for me and all my problems. What ****ing joke that ****ers view is.

agreed. I actually admire his commitment to winning.

Special breed, for sure.

PAChiefsGuy 10-18-2022 01:03 PM

As others have mentioned, you guys are taking his comment the wrong way. He is just trying to say how seriously he takes football.

He could have used better words true but my God calm down.

I think it's pretty cool to hear something like that especially from someone his age and who has accomplished as much as he has.

Red Dawg 10-18-2022 01:09 PM

On the flip side he's saying that his family is less important than football. He won't quit until no team wants him. That's ****ing pathetic.

Yes, it is for HIM, because of the commitment level he CHOOSES to have.

I don't know where you are getting that part. He's explaining what he CHOOSES to put into it. Maybe you think that's shitty? Fine, and agreed. But he's not asking for sympathy. He's explaining why he does what he does.

The big bosses at my company are the same way. When you become director or VP, you pretty much forefit your life. They're putting in 60 to 70 hours at the office, plus they are always on call and reading their email when they are not at the office. I think no matter what the pay, I wouldn't do that. It's the reason I quit climbing the ladder at work - I saw my father in law's work life and what it did to the relationship between him and his son.

Sure she did. She knew how competitive and egotistical he was when she married him.

Like him, she has an inflated ego, and she probably thought this kind of stuff only happens to other people.

Yeah, guys like that NEVER quit. He's not Tony Romo, who famously said after a loss "If losing a sporting event is the worse thing that ever happens to me, have had a wonderful life" He's like Michael Jordan, with that inner drive just eating at him all the time, never quitting, never relenting

I agree. Of course, she is somewhat good looking, but her looks don't come anywhere near the hype. She's only "hot" because she's famous.

She came up in a world where hot was tall, skinny and white.

These days men expect tits and ass and they are plentiful and on full display. And women have mastered the art of modifications. Make up game is on point for most women these days. BBL's and fake lashes and every chick has yoga pants to accentuate their assets.

She may have small feet for her height for all we know.

IMO Gisele is beautiful in more of an all-around way including sophistication -- she usually interviews well for a model -- but I happen to find plenty of non models and ordinary women more beautiful.

As for her height, female models tend to be much taller and obviously skinnier than the ordinary female population. The industry feels that they just show off the clothes more so I once heard that she has pretty much the ideal body type for a model....

If you are a 6"4 guy like Brady, marrying a relatively tall woman is probably a positive and not a negative..... until you are divorced.

And the model industry is probably more like sports punditry then we imagine. Many no names could probably do a better job than Stephen A. Smith and Skip Bayless but those 2 are paid a lot because of name recognition.

At a certain point Gisele became so famous, it just worked to her advantage. Famous for being famous.

I'm not convinced he's hit the Father Time wall just yet, but.. idk.

Still a lot of time to correct their issues. We'll see.

Lol, they just lost to the Steelers and Panthers in back to back weeks.

They're done.

Well, a 45 yard rainbow to a receiver who couldn't be more open.

That at least puts him above say Roethlisberger last season in terms of done-ness.

Brady got shut out by a Panthers team that just fired their coach, is doing a fire sale of their talent and started a 3rd stringer QB from the xfl. They scored 3 points against a team that is actively tanking

Retire bitch

And they are still gonna host a playoff game and go on a run due to the refs.

Red Dawg 10-23-2022 07:04 PM

InMedia will cover for him and blame the OL and the WRs. Bottom line is this. He doesn't stand tall anymore to take a hit and deliver the ball. He gets it out to avoid hits constantly and they can'r run the ball for shit anymore. Brady needs that these days.

Between the NFC North, South, and West, only two teams have winning record, the Vikings and Seahawks... and only two have a positive point differential (49ers and Vikings). TB leads their division with a point differential of 0.

JFC, the NFL is atrocious this year.

Rasputin 10-23-2022 07:27 PM

Tom Brady is the Michael Jackson of the NFL

Megatron96 10-23-2022 07:35 PM

He doesn't look washed to me. But TB has no run game at all. The OL is a shell of its former self. And his receivers aren't Gronk/Edelmann.

Note: Brady doesn't look right. Like he's aging right before my eyes.

FloridaMan88 10-23-2022 08:29 PM

Tommy Bitch destroyed his marriage to unretire and get curb stomped by a tanking Carolina team.

I have been burned too many times on this to count Tom gone until the moment he hangs up the cleats and doesn't report for Weeks 1-18 of a football season.

The dude lost 3-34 against the Saints his first year in TB and threw a worse interception than Tebow or Palko EVER did. I stood sentry as Mahomes guided him to retirement when Hill got 269 yards in that season while we laughed at Romo saying that TB "finally figured it out" in garbage time after falling to like, 6-5 or whatever they were.

No. I will not count out what super HGH, a blood seance, and help from the refs could still do for Tom at this stage. I mean, how many threads have we made here in the last ten years dancing on Tom's NFL grave and saying he is finally done.

It is not over for this guy until it is OVER.

I'll have you know that is a perfect example of parity.
