Not if that's not the play call.

Teams almost always run the fade stop on the front pylon because the corner's momentum will take him out of the play, and that's exactly what happened there.

The Pats run that play with Moss all the time.

That's because it's a fade stop. It is supposed to look underthrown so that the secondary will overpursue.

Right. I get that.

I don't think that was the play call though. I think it was just a shitty pass.
