Well Warren leads all freshman in the nation in rushing. Thomas, who is also a freshman will break Iowa States freshman rushing TD record, Warren the rushing record. Montgomery and Lazard are 4 star recruits. Bundrage holds some Iowa State records. Wesley is another good young talented WR who played as a freshman, and CPR only plays one or two true freshman a year and RS's the rest. So yes, there's talent to work with.

The same guy that was 4-32 in the Pac-10/12 over his 5 years? The same guy that was dismissed as OC after one season at USF (who went 4-8)?

Weis, who is considered a complete POS coach and ran our program into the ground had a .214 Winning percentage at KU. Wulff was actually worse at WSU with a .183 winning percentage.

I can see where the excitement is coming from.

Typically you have to be good at something to get promoted to OC or HC, he's neither of those at Iowa State. He's just there to help, doing what he did to get promoted previously in the first place. I think Harbaugh knows more about football than you, and he brought this guy to San Fran.

Is anyone watching this game? KU is tied with TCU at Ft. Worth with 11:29 left in the 2nd quarter. I know we won't win this but it's nice to see the team playing competitive ball.
