There was a play where Mahomes ran the bootleg and Sherman was open for the checkdown and Mahomes basically looked and said “**** off!”.

He took a shot down field. I think it was the throw to DAT in the end zone.

Mahomes could have run for significant yardage on that play as well, but he wants to score....

Really hate that the "Free Plays" are gone now in the NFL. Mahomes would have gotten several of those throughout his career, like Rodgers did.

I literally noted that when it happened. Huge difference this season.

Also of note, he wasn’t really “open.” He was mahomes “open.”
