This is a pretty odd conversation. I mean, having an argument about who's better or the GOAT is one thing, but calling MJ a fraud is just Flat-Earther-level lack-of-IQ nonsense.

If not for a last second three by Ray Allen off a Lebron miss, He would be 3-7 with three losses just to the Spurs, and one ring total out of his super team. Better Movie: Jordan-Space Jam ($250 million worldwide in 1996) Lebron- Space Jam A New Legacy ($144 million in 2021) Fact is Lebron is Brady in the sense that a lot of his numbers are a result of playing forever and being relatively healthy. For as good as he is, he has very few things in which he has over Jordan. The reality is that had Jordan not gone to play baseball, there was a very strong chance that he would have won 9 NBA Championships in a row. He also played his early career when the game was far more physical and yet still excelled. He is a great player, but he is no Jordan regardless of what Barry has to say. |

SOOO this is the 2023 NBA thread and we have both teams for the Finals and some how we have a circle jerk about LeBron being posted.
LeBron is one of the great players of this game! NOW lets get on with the finals of this 2023 season. I'd like to see the Nuggets win one finally but I also like the idea of the underdog Heat just going all the way. I will be rooting for the Heat and expect the Nuggets to win out. IF Miami wins they have to be one of the best teams in a long time. They have beaten top seed talent while barely getting in to the playoff scenario. Really a great run overall. |
