I'm not thrilled with my weight (218), but I can't complain about my exercise. My jogging's back up to 2.5 miles, and I just minutes ago finished my 3rd fastest bike ride since I bought the damn thing a year ago, 15.5 miles in just over an hour (14.8 mph).
