We're talking about two different players, and I didn't say 2012 was the year to judge Alex Smith. Nowhere did I say that.

Alex Smith isn't going to win 13 games IN KANSAS CITY doing what he did in San Francisco. Period.

Brandon Carr was a ****ing stud at CB 2, wish we had him. Carr isnt a number 1. But then again Dallas D sucked and their secondary is putrid

Either way he's a HUGE upgrade over Cassel. Cassel's 08 and 10 being so bad is just gold.

Upgrade the interior pass rush and we won't bitch as much though.

His rankings are a bit of a kick to the balls though as they often similar to what I see on the field.

It's all relative to how he compares to others. Doesn't sound like much, but it is. Curious what his YPA against was though and where that ranks him.

I read somewhere he was targeted like 100 times one year lol. That is ridiculous.
