As someone who hated Mahomes before the draft, I'm really excited to see how Reid works with him and how he adjusts to the NFL

I'm not so sure, the number of reps is likely for learning purposes since he is brand new and Bray isn't, and obviously the future. If Smith goes down for a series or a game, the Chiefs may still want Bray's "experience" under center.
