The New York Giants select DaMarkus Lodge Ole Miss

The Franchise 04-08-2019 07:32 PM

The Cleveland Browns select Alex Bars, OG, Notre Dame.

The Oakland Raiders select Martez Ivey, OT, Florida.

I regret the Polite pick since it was made before the news came out but overall, I would like this draft if I'm a Raiders fan. They have a ton of picks to draft defense and improve their team.

1 Quinnen Williams, DT, Alabama
1 Byron Murphy, CB, Washington
1 Jachai Polite, DE, Florida
2 Dalton Risner, OT, Kansas State
4 Vosean Joseph, LB, Florida
5 Benny Snell, Jr., RB, Kentucky
7 Dakota Allen, LB, Texas Tech
7 Martez Ivey, OT, Florida

The Jacksonville Jaguars select Lukas Denis, S, Boston College

And that’s a wrap...

That would be a really kick ass draft for them offensively.

Can you please format this shit properly instead of copying/pasting?

I shouldn't have to re-type the name of the player you selected just because you copied from some bullshit that uses all caps.

Packers are all done.

1.12- Noah Fant, TE, Iowa
1.30- Dexter Lawrence, DT, Clemson
2.44- Jerry Tillery, DT, Notre Dame
3.76- Evan Worthington, S, Colorado
4.115- Emanuel Hall, WR, Missouri
4.119- Jordan Brown, CB, South Dakota State
5.151- Dennis Daley, OT, South Carolina
6.186- Mike Edwards, S, Kentucky
6.196- Isaac Nauta, TE, Georgia
7.228- Shaq Calhoun, G, Mississippi State

Fant vs. Hockenson is the biggest question mark, and while a bunch of mocks are now putting Hockenson over Fant, I really think the Packers are just in need of the better pure receiving weapon over balanced TE. Could and probably will be a reach in the actual draft, but I'm good with my decision. Has a 0% chance of happening, but that's okay. The Packers can just continue to shit down Aaron Rodgers' throat and never give him another Super Bowl.

Fant is the right pick particularly because I was able to take advantage of the depth and grab Lawrence and Tillery both. It's not necessarily their line that needs help, but it's what's going to get help. Those two could do more for the LBs than any single LB they draft.

After that, it's a mixture of a few picks I'm proud of that I believe I got great value on (Hall, Nauta, Calhoun) one I'm kind of pissed I reached on (Daley) and then a bunch of randos that could go either way.

I think Daley is a good pick for the Pack if they convert him to OG. Not so sure on him staying outside though. I agree on Fant being the probable better receiving TE in the NFL and that's really what Aaron needs. If they land Lawrence and Tillery with the OLBs they picked up this offseason, that defense could get really good in a hurry.

My bad man.

Thanks for everything you guys do. It’s been a blast, as usual.

It’s a shame TTC isn’t here.

This is/was his favorite thread of the year.
