Haha, sure. So the Bills get an NC against their second best opponent, but the chiefs get a random. I like the path here though. Let's give them both an NC against the Bengals.

And what does that solve with respect to the Bengals/Ravens or even the Bengals/Bills?

I think that's nonsense.

They'd flip a coin to decide the Bengals/Bills game long before that and all would be solved more seamlessly.

Even if this ridiculous idea was true, that doesn't fix the issue for the Ravens and the WC seeding in general as the Bengals would have the division locked up regardless if they win this week (11-5 > 11-6) so might as well rest starters. Also, that would be unfair to the Chargers who are currently tied with BAL.

How about they get Josh Allen and Joe Burrow in a room with NFL execs and have them do a best 3 out of 5 coin flip to determine the game? That sounds dumb and lazy, but that makes WAY more sense than some "random generator" possibly taking a game away from us.
