JDs back is just gonna be a reoccurring theme isn't it? With that said this may be a blessing in disguise to get him some more rest in a game we probably werent winning anyway.

I blame both Andy Kolelnicki for some massively stupid playcalls, and of course Jason Bean because he's just ****ing stupid. Why do you call a play on 4th down that requires the QB to make an in-flight decision... when your QB has the mental capacity of a ostrich? |
Answer: you don't call that play. You either tell him what to do, specifically or you have him hand it the **** off. You don't rely on your brain-dead qb to make a decision at the pinnacle point of the game... COMING OUT OF A TIMEOUT NO LESS.
I've been very complementary of the coaching staff since last season, but this one is on them. I feel bad for the rest of this team because they played their ass off against an insanely talented team. I really hope this doesn't derail the season like the TCU game did last year. |
Daniels doubtful for this week vs UCF :(

I am wondering if he has a similar chronic back issue like I do. Maybe not, but it’s impossible to know with how tight lidded Leipold is about these things.
Random, can be debilitating, and prone to flaring up with excessive bends/twisting. Not at all ideal for a quarterback (I developed Stenosis from it, which is what ended David Wright’s career). |
So were we a 3 point favorite with Daniels playing or with bean playing?
|
I’d consider just shutting down Jalon for the year and have him healthy for next year.
This is so on and off, that it’s going to screw up the continuity. Just get the most out of Bean. Every game remaining is winnable, except OU. KU could still win like 3 more games, even with Bean. |

Ok then. Bean time |
