Bengals add some nice depth to the DL.

Yeah, but this recent approach we've been taking for about the past 10 years regarding drafting offensive linemen hasn't been working out at all.

We've spent buttloads of 6th and 7th round picks on offensive linemen. Darnell Alford, Alex Sulfsted, Jeremy Parquet, Will Svitek, Kevin Sampson, Herb Taylor (my boy), Richardson, and then you throw in guys like Brett Williams and Jordan Black in the 4th and 5th. For a position that's supposed to yield a few successful finds in the later rounds, at least as backups, that's not a very good list. Jordan Black is the most successful guy we've drafted.

Granted, we have Brian Waters to be thankful for, but even then we didn't pick him up after the draft. He was around for awhile with Dallas if I remember correctly before coming to KC.

I don't know if Taylor or Richardson will work out, but those other guys are dogshit. Albert is our lineman since John Tait to be drafted in the first 3 rounds. I'd like to see us pull the trigger again by either trading down in the first or finding some guys in the 2nd or 3rd round.

I'm not a Pioli is all that guy but the Pats line was built in the middle rounds.

True. I definitely didn't touch on the Carl disclaimer

Tying to add depth to their DL, the Falcons select Ra'Shon Harris, DT, Oregon

Loooking for a player that they can line up at DE in their new 34 defense, the Pack select Will Johnson, DT/DE, Michigan

The 49ers can use some depth on their OL and groom a guy who can become an eventual starter. This guy didn't play football until his junior year of high school and started for 2 seasons for Florida at both LT and RT. He is still raw but athletic as hell with great size (6'6" 320lbs) - he even lined up some at TE during his 1st year at Florida. He is a smart guy (high 30's on the Wonderlic) who knows how to win, as evidenced by his two National Championship rings, and he's versatile enough to line up at LT, RT, or OG.

The San Francisco 49ers select Jason Watkins, OT, Florida.

Seeing what round this pick is, and one of my favorite players that I think could develop into a productive starter and give the Bills some versatility they will select with this pick...

Chris Clemons, Safety, Clemson.

The Chargers select Alex Fletcher, C, Stanford.

SD needs a backup center and missed out on the top tier. We would have taken Clemons if Mecca hadn't.

The Denver Broncos select Worrell Williams, ILB, California

The Broncos signed Andra Davis during the offseason to hold down one of the ILB roles in their 3-4 defense. Williams will sit behind him for one or two years and then step into the starting position.

I seriously had no clue. I guess that works out even better for the them then.

The Redskins select the strongest O-lineman in the draft, who also didn't allow a sack in 2007...Louis Vasquez, OG, Texas Tech.

The Giants need a second Wind and you can never have enough horses in the stable.

I'm opting for a smaller RB with home-run potential.

A 4.3 40, 31 reps, and a 10-2 broad jump? Who is this man!?!?!

I bet the Giants know.

The New York Giants select RB Antone Smith, Florida State.
