Here's the rest of the top 20. TWD is the only cable show to make it. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/12/05/e3yra3u5.jpg

I'm hoping the group being out on the road again sets up the introduction of Negan.

Agree with this, and hope it's true.

I just read the end of Compendium 1 and it was almost exactly like the mid-season finale.

I need the second compendium. On "Talking Dead" one of the writers mentioned that the clip they showed for the mid-season premier "should be recognizable to fans of the comics".

I was there man. The season is really good though.

bowener 12-06-2013 03:21 PM

This season has been an improvement. I can't help but wonder and dream of what this show could have been on HBO. I know they turned it down, and I am curious why (viewer numbers?), but knowing how good most of their other shows are, **** this could have been awesome.

And considering it is the apocalypse, it's safe to say HBO's merkin budget would have skyrocketed, too.

Aries Walker 12-11-2013 09:33 PM

Bet you a dollar she just played a zombie - but 'actress with minor role' sounds more provocative than 'background extra'.

She looks like the chick in the first episode of this season. The one that had her husbands head in a back that killed herself after trying to kill Rick.

I wish I had more time to read it. It reads so quickly that I think if I had an hour straight I'd get through most of it. Damn good so far.

You'd be missing out on the show's major improvement, then. Huge difference from last season.

Mrs. Radar bought me the books for Christmas, volumes 1-14. I just finished volume 7. It’s fast reading and once I start one it’s hard to set it down until I reach the end.

Spoiler!

Edit: she actually got me up to volume 19, got the last 5 for my birthday. Good woman.

I've read all the volumes up to 14, which covers up to #84.
I've got volumes 15-19, which goes up to #114, and there are supposed to be volumes 20-21 out soon, if not already.
I was zipping through volumes 1-14 so fast I decided to take a break but I'll finish up what I have before new episodes air Feb. 9th.

I've been buying them every month starting at like 110 or so. Then I bought a couple that were called "The Michonne Special" and "The Tyreese Special". I'm just buying them from now on while I collect my New 52 Batman books. That way when I get the compendiums and am caught up, I'll have all the newer issues.

The prison was fine...the gov was OK but the mid season finale was great. Yeah I'm excited as well....been a pretty good season

cabletech94 01-18-2014 04:16 PM

the thing that actually grinded my gears, was that with the few eps before the mid season finale, i actually kind of felt sorry for the gov. almost to the point where i could root for the bastard........

After the zombie slaves, severed head display and slaughtering his own people I never had that problem. I was more on edge waiting for him to snap back to form, which didn’t take too long.

I think this 2nd half will probably be one of the better chunks of eps we've seen in awhile. They could do alot of good stuff with everyone moving and seperated

From what I saw there, it looks like maybe Michonne is returning back to Cynthiana to see Morgan.
(The impaled Zombie)
That would actually make sense, really. That would probably be the most likely place for her to meet up with Rick and Carl.

KC_Lee 02-05-2014 10:46 AM

My biggest hope for this season is that the group, which is now separated, actually stays separated for a good part of the season.

I hated the way “Burn Notice” would end a season with everyone separated at the end of a season only to have everyone reunite at the beginning of the next season.
