Maybe someone, Police or who ever told people to get in a safe place away from the accident in case on coming traffic didn’t stop? Maybe the driver did stay around but Rice left because he was not a driver(even if it still looks like he was driving the Lamborghini)?

Best case scenario is Rice was away and a car theft ring was in his neighborhood and stole two cars. Unlikely but there is always hope. It seems strange zero warrants yet and no response from chiefs or Rice.

His attorney has likely been in contact with police and I bet he turns himself tomorrow. He’s not a fugitive contrary to the way some in the media are reporting it.
