Even if he was the guy the Chiefs wanted we could have waited five spots and save $10 million. Then again, it's not my money...and maybe he is this great Richard Seymour type that Pioli wants everyone to compare him to...

I am thinking that the Browns wanted him that is why they traded back once he was gone.

Maybin is a project they basically used the 11th pick on a guy who's going to be a 3rd down rusher this year and that may be all he ever is.

I would of taken Brown instead of Maybin

Jackson visited: LSU defensive end Tyson Jackson, one of the fastest rising defensive players in the draft, made a pre-draft visit to the Browns and is on their radar with the No. 5 pick.

However, Jackson (6-4, 295) is climbing so quickly that Mel Kiper Jr. thinks he could go to Kansas City at No. 3. Jackson, who's been compared to New England's Richard Seymour, is thought to be ideally suited to playing end in a 3-4.

"He's the only one of his kind," ESPN draft analyst Todd McShay said Thursday. He said "traditionally you don't see that kind of space-eater taken that high," but acknowledged his 11th-hour ascent.

In 2008, Jackson made 36 tackles, 10 1/2 for a loss and 4 1/2 sacks. He also batted down four passes.

Jackson also visited the Chiefs, Lions, Rams, Falcons and Broncos. He played in a 3-4 at LSU, but 3-4 teams are falling for him.

"I'm real focused on my technique a lot, so if I got put in a 3-4 system, it wouldn't be [hard] for me to change that technique," Jackson said at the NFL Combine in February. "I'll just get used to that type of stance and alignment. It won't be very hard."

I know it's impossible and not going to happen but I'd love it if we could move up and get Crabtree.

If we liked him we would have taken him at 3

Damn Browns got raped.

I like Cassel...really...but rather have Sanchez/Rd. 2 pick....than Jackson/Cassel at this point.
