I know it's probably just the woman in me, but I've been on Pinterest a lot today. I've been looking up different quotes about challenge, change, goals, etc. I'm feeling particularly inspired. One quote I found that I really like: "You can't spell CHAlleNGE without CHANGE. If you're going to rise to the challenge, you have to be prepared to change." Out of everything that I've learned about - nutrition, form, exercise - the thing that I've learned the most about in this process has been me. Yeah, sorry to get sappy. Like I said, just feeling inspired this afternoon. And I cannot wait to hit the gym! |

I'm thinking about getting a Bowflex home gym... With 2 toddler daughters, it is difficult for me to find time to go to the gym. Does anyone have one of these? If so, would you recommend purchasing one?

I get more annoyed at the guys who deadlift in the squat rack. Not rack pulls or anything, but just setting the bar on the ground and deadlifting in the rack. They are just using the floor. They could do that literally anywhere else in the entire gym. |
