we put signs in the only two power racks in the gym. No curls less than 135. I can only roll with the 35's so i had to GTFO too lol

I haven't done squats in ten years. I remember the soreness after you first started.

One of these days, I'm going to post a picture of my bicep, and you all will be impressed. One of these days. I'm making it a goal!

I know it's probably just the woman in me, but I've been on Pinterest a lot today. I've been looking up different quotes about challenge, change, goals, etc. I'm feeling particularly inspired. One quote I found that I really like:

"You can't spell CHAlleNGE without CHANGE. If you're going to rise to the challenge, you have to be prepared to change."

Out of everything that I've learned about - nutrition, form, exercise - the thing that I've learned the most about in this process has been me. Yeah, sorry to get sappy. Like I said, just feeling inspired this afternoon. And I cannot wait to hit the gym!

A few weeks ago I saw some dumb dick pull a bench over to the squat rack and do bench press. I almost took a picture & posted it here.

We have people do that all the time. We only have once bench press station though. And one incline bench station. There are two squat stations, but one of them is the guided crap. If the presses are busy, I've even pulled a bench over to a squat station. Of course, you put the bench back when you're done.

Nothing wrong with this... I do it on occasion when I want to go heavy and to failure and no one is around to spot.

There were people around to spot and he wasn't going to help himself if he got stuck the way he was set up. Why are you always siding with this guy?

I'm guessing you're 5'6-5'7"ish?

I'm thinking about getting a Bowflex home gym... With 2 toddler daughters, it is difficult for me to find time to go to the gym. Does anyone have one of these? If so, would you recommend purchasing one?

Actually nothing wrong with that, assuming the safety bars are in the correct position. It's annoying when you want to squat, but it's a legit use.

I get more annoyed at the guys who deadlift in the squat rack. Not rack pulls or anything, but just setting the bar on the ground and deadlifting in the rack. They are just using the floor. They could do that literally anywhere else in the entire gym.

My brother had one. I hated the thing. He never used it. He's fat now.

OK. The safety bars were below his chest, he was only benching 115 lbs, there were people around to spot him if needed, and there were 2 open benches that he chose not to use. Can we all agree now that this guy is a huge asshole?

Now that you provided the needed info, yes, he is a douche. You didn't mention that before, just said a moron pulled a bench into a power rack.
