Chiefs need to follow the blueprint. Doesn’t need to be 3 years of sitting necessarily but they need to groom someone at least one year under Mahomes who has tons of arm talent.

Just imagine Mahomes mentoring the next cyborg for a season or two.

The guy might not be a superstar but his chances of being at the least a pretty damn good quarterback would be high.
