Harbaugh has been a stud ever since he took became the coach.
On the field coaching couldn't have turned him around in a matter of days. Getting hit with a dose of reality during the trade and being provided a fresh start probably had a lot more to do with it.

He's still a long ways from living up the his draft position though.

This may very well end up part of a case study on how quarterbacks effect receivers if Baldwin turns things around and the kid we got continues to be completely ineffective.
