Can't imagine either team would agree to a tie as it gives the Chiefs a direct road to a bye. It will get played, just not tonight.

If he is alive, that is all that counts

I guess, but since nobody knows anything, any "expert" would just be speculating and NOBODY wants to do that on live TV in a situation like this.

True, but Booger McFarland is not the person you want to cut to during this time. Thr league's total lack of communication during this is atrocious.

Can they push the game till trmw then push both the Bill's and Bengals final games to next Monday night?

It seems wild to make the Buffalo player go out there after all of this

I just can’t imagine accepting home-field advantage based on this game being called a tie

Jesus. Hard to imagine.

Ahh maybe theyve improved. We had “shells”. They didn’t open in the middle.

I am told that Damar Hamlin has been intubated and is currently listed in critical condition. @fox19

Yep, should have called it already.

Don’t think like that. The med staff was on him quickly. CPR was quick. Much less athletic folks have survived longer while under CPR. Getting to the person quickly is the key.

They did stuff like that for Covid-why not do it now

Well, unless he's brain dead. If he stopped breathing for as many minutes as has been suggested, good news may not be forthcoming in that regard.

I just hope that isn't the case.

From a competitive standpoint, I’d love it if it were called a tie and they added another playoff team to the mix and no one had a bye.

There’s nothing fulfilling about the Chiefs potentially gaining literally any advantage from this outcome.

Just a really difficult situation outside the obvious.
