Wow, this story has really gotten legs. They had it on the 6 pm local Chicago sports broadcast yesterday. Of course they had it all wrong like most takes, but they did cover the story.

Hey, they say no pub is bad pub. Just go with it. All the complaints about not getting any national attention... KC is not that space people fly over to get from LA to NY anymore. We're on the map ;) |
I know it would be near impossible, but it seems like some sort of unified show of displeasure at the game would make a bigger statement against this crap.
Of course the absolute best statement would be if the stadium were completely empty, but wouldn't it be awkward if everyone attending sat through the entire game in dead silence? If nobody dressed in red? If everyone had a piece of Chiefs colored duct tape over their mouths. I bet that would get the point across pretty quick. I hope there's some sort of response from our fans at the game. |
Unreal un****ing real.
People from the Chiefs organization were invited on Mike & Mike to defend the fans and the Chiefs DENIED going on the ****ing show! |

I was sitting near that end zone as well and this is exactly how I saw it play out. The group of people who cheered when Cassel stayed down were the same ones who tried to start a "Quinn" chant earlier in the game. |

Put that on a banner - "Brown out Arrowhead" and try to get some airwaves behind it. |

Either way, I hope more of these guys take time to find out what actually happened. |
