I always try to eat healthy during the day, but today I did not eat well at all, but I only had 1,850 calories. Wondering the differences of people who do that all the time? Obviously you wouldn't feel as good/energetic, but any other cons? |

Looks like I'm going to have to take about a month off from lifting in a bit. Anything I can do to avoid losing strength? I was thinking of lifting a bit heavier over the next 3 weeks to compensate.
Going to have to really watch diet for sure, though. |

If you're not lifting, there's not much you can do to avoid losing strength, but I wouldn't worry about it. Whatever you lose is only going to be about 2 weeks' worth, and will be easily regained. |
