I do them like this too. Wide almost like a snatch grip high pull and just pull to the nipple. Hits side delt as well really nicely. :thumb:

I come home after leg days and strip all the way down to my underwear. I then perform a great stretching and foam rolling routine and I make sure my wife sees the enormous ass crack sweat line I've got on my undies. I'm assuming yours is a similar routine, no?

Does it matter what you eat as long as you stay within your calorie range?

I always try to eat healthy during the day, but today I did not eat well at all, but I only had 1,850 calories. Wondering the differences of people who do that all the time?
Obviously you wouldn't feel as good/energetic, but any other cons?

Looks like I'm going to have to take about a month off from lifting in a bit. Anything I can do to avoid losing strength? I was thinking of lifting a bit heavier over the next 3 weeks to compensate.

Going to have to really watch diet for sure, though.

I still had my workout capris on, and I don't have a wife. Other than that, pretty much.

My arms get tired foam rolling. I'm still a weakling.

Enjoy your time off. Look at it as a mental break.

If you're not lifting, there's not much you can do to avoid losing strength, but I wouldn't worry about it. Whatever you lose is only going to be about 2 weeks' worth, and will be easily regained.

You might look into some Prototype UR Spray(Ursolic Acid) or Celtic Labs Ostabol (SARM) to prevent some muscle wasting.
