So out of conference schedule matters in football, but not in basketball.

It matters in determining which conference is better, yes. I'm not really sure what that has to do with basketball.

Looking back I can't really think of any OOC wins that look impressive NOW. At the time I thought KSU beating Miami was kind of big. And OU beating a highly ranked FSU on the road.

But now, neither of those wins looks all that great.

The SEC is better no doubt.

But gap has been closed significantly with the additions of TCU and WVU while moving MU and TAMU to the SEC.

Damnit. I was hoping that KSU would go 3-0 against the SEC this year.


Oh well, KSU had a good season.
