I never said they were bad. I've only ever tried one because my boss insisted. I'm not sure anymore but I want to say it was C4 or Jacked or whatever. Shit had like 3 cups of coffee worth of caffeine. I had a great workout but I prefer to just do the natural thing. |

Sometimes I'll pop a caffeine pill if I'm super tired, but usually no. I don't find them effective, and the ones with stuff besides caffeine make my heart feel weird.
