Not to be a stick in the mud, but all the "fad diets" do is put money in someone else's pocket and set you up for failure.

I do nothing more than cut back on what I ate & exercise regularly, stayed away from the fats and I lost 54 pounds. (And have kept it off)

Good for you. I haven't dropped one dime in anyone's pocket with the SBD. (Maybe spending more money on meat than I usually do when I go grocery shopping)... and you are right about cutting back on eating and excercising regularly. Way to go on the 54 lbs, keep it up!!

Thus far, it appears than an overwhelming amount (39.66%) of the male contingent prefer their woman not to go bra-less in public. 27.59% of the men were indifferent. 13.79% of men wanted their women to show their stuff.

Of the females answering the poll, none of them were indifferent. 6.9% refuse to go out bra-less. 1 women preferred to go bra-less. I wonder who that one woman was? :hmmm:
I was waiting for someone else to catch it. I tried really hard to contain myself but to no avail. :D
