Dave ... how does all that work? Do you have to pay Time Warner for cable?
I think I saw somewhere that on Comcast you could get just their internet service without paying for cable.
The mission house where we will live just installed a phone for us and the bill goes to the church. Meaning we cannot add a calling service. The sect. said "get a calling card." She doesn't understand that my wife will call her mother every day and it is an in state call.
They also pay for Comcast cable and broadband. That I can live with. But, by mistake I clicked on a Vontage add and I discovered I can add Vontage service without the bill going to the church. Problem solved....
But, when we buy our own house I plan to get DirecTV ... based on Skips recommendation. Anyone know if he is reliable???? Therefore, my question is for later. I want cable internet but the wife will not allow me to have both Time Warner (out of Memphis) and DirecTY. So, if I can just get RR from them ... I can keep my Vontage telephone and get DirecTV
