Devery Henderson is another intriquing prospect-if nothing else, he's lightning quick, young, and has upside.I also think he may be a little cheaper than the other free agent WRs.

Micjones 02-27-2008 01:43 PM

Henderson would certainly be an upgrade, but I think we can do better.

Damn. They're not stupid.

I don't see why everybody is so high on Justin Gage. He had one decent season.

Because he was a Missouri Tiger.

Yeah, that's what I was guessing.

Because he would be low risk, high reward.
He's better than the rest of these guys.
Which of these wrs has had more than one good season?

I'm not from Missouri, but I did watch him play every game last season, and he impressed me every week almost. Catching, blocking, you name the kid looked good.

He had 4 seasons before the last, and he managed to average 104 yards per for the whole period...Jeff Webb managed to amass almost as many career yards in just last season...

He's not even better than what we already have.

ChiefsCountry 02-27-2008 09:16 PM

Gage fits in perfect with Tennessee. Glad he is staying with them. DJ Hackett from Seattle is who we should go after.

Micjones 02-27-2008 09:18 PM

Hackett's had some trouble staying healthy hasn't he?

Just last year.

Micjones 02-27-2008 09:24 PM

He's been fairly productive. #3 type production to this point in his career, but last year he was well on his way to 1,000 yards and 8 TD's.
