Totally agree with that...If Shaq could shoot free throws EVEN as well as Tim Duncan, who is far from good at them, he would have probably been considered the most dominant player of all time...

I love playing Madden online...being up by several scores...and calling timeouts in the 4th quarter when time is running out to just to rub it in some more...it's hilarious.

Sometimes I'm in a nice mood and run out the clock...but not usually. Depends if the little prick has a mic in or not...

Madden, on XBOX ORIGINAL, is the greatest football game ever created...2K5 doesn't touch it...the people who think that obviously no nothing about game play...the people that bitch about QB vision don't realize it's single handedly the best feature ever added to a football game...you just have to take time in practice mode to learn it...I love when people bitch about it.

Madden on the next gen console has been a huge letdown...the gameplay is horrid. Like I said in the madden thread in media lounge...I will rent 2009 for the 360...if it isn't improved...I will buy 2009 for the regular XBOX and play it on my 360...

I used to hail mary it in the final seconds to get it down to the 5 yard line. Then down it 3 times in a row and punt it through the field goal posts when I'm blowing someone out. Man that really pisses them off.

I don't have a problem with guys running up the score in any sports ever. Because it's a sport, thats it. Unless they are talking trash while doing it, I don't have a problem. NO, **** NO. I did like the QB vision cone. I have commented on that in the past, but it wasnt up to the level of 2k5. No way. 4 years later and 2k5 still kicks EA's ass. Present or past.

I have been a Laker fan for a long time. 2 things Phil and Kobe need to address in the next week are Gasol's showing up of his teammates and Sasha's brashness. Sasha shouldn't have shot the ball when SA was letting the clock run out and not fouling him.

The Lakers have always been a class organization and this doesn't fit.

It won't effect them this year but might come back to bite them down the road.
