I think he's a good coach. Wouldn't give him personnel control though.

I think he is a pretty damn good head coach. His problem was trying to be the GM and coach.

A good GM to feed him his talent and he would be a great coach.

Acutally I would say he is a great offensive coach. His D has sucked for a long time.
