Shit, I still say I'd give him $5 and tell him to shop else where. It's the democratic way...share the wealth. I have it, he don't....I should give him some. Matter of fact, just because I am employed, I am gonna go give $50 at random to homless guys. I love bein' a democrat.

I had a simular story. I remember about 4 years ago when I was 21 I just got out of a chicken joint in my old neighborhood "Bannister and Blue Ridge area" for lunch and some bum was asking me for a ride. I told him "Sorry, I have to get back to work." and he said something smart and as I got in my car I could hear him trying to open my passenger door. Without a thought I got out of my car and pushed him as he fell backward and fell on the ground. I was so pissed I laid a knee on his chest and punched him in the face a good 5 maybe 6 times. His nose and lip were all cut up pretty bad and I just stood up and yelled some curse words at him and got back in my car and drove back to work...I remember driving onto the main street and just seeing him still lying there motionless....he was probably drunk or something.
Looking back I should have been smart and just drove off, but something just snapped in my head.

Sounds the hood got what he had coming. Hell, even I have mellowed out to some extent, but if I caught someone messing with my truck, I'm sure the result would be much the same.

at the time i didnt feel bad cause i was pissed, i hate liars and thieves,but as i reflected on it later i couldnt help but think he didnt deserve to have his face punched in over acouple bucks in change and a deck of cards.
i didnt press charges but he ended up pissing the cops off and they hauled him off anyway.
Been there too. Not soft, just grown up.

Anybody who wants to steal stuff can face the consequences of their actions. I hate people who steal, half the time it's from the rest of us who work for the crap we have, only to have some bum trying to take it.
