Sanchez has a slower release that I expected and he missed two consecutive throws badly. Pat White has looked better.

Sanchez underthrew both his deep balls...

Neither one of those 9 routes were in stride from Sanchez, but they were good misses.

Robiskie with a nice grab.

That guy looks solid. I love the way he is catching the ball, plucking it ouf the air and not letting it get inside.

His WR's didn't do him any favors, and I don't think his release is slow at all.

I wonder if he will regret throwing.

On all of his throws, it appears he was trying to be perfect, the result being a longer release than we're used to seeing, and bieng slightly off the mark.

After I posted that, the announcer just commented on it as well. You want a short compact delivery. Not a long slow one.

It will be interesting to see how the rest of today goes for him.

He's a solid FB player. He will do just about everything right. Of course, he's the son of a WR coach. People forget how well he played last year with a QB who could actually throw the ball. The only know on him has been his speed, but he can play at the next level.

It wasn't terribly slow, but he's usually much quicker.

Jesus Christ, Mark.

Sanchez is basically missing every throw. At least those 2 outs were in front misses

kstater 02-22-2009 12:44 PM

How'd Freeman do on his throws earlier?

I missed it, but the announcers just commented that his throws were good, but his footwork was iffy

I am sure the other QB's aren't worried about being perfect.
