The last time I looked, you were 1-3.

It depends on the player but generally speaking the 200 yard run stuff will have a professional football player rolling his eyes.

Mitch Holthus talks like a fourth grader on his twitter. Hilarious.

And who's the first player on Mitch's Twitter to get name-recognition upon commencement of camp you ask?

Am I one of the few that Bernard Pollard could be a Larry Izzo type Pro Bowl special teams guy? He showed some signs again today.about 11 hours ago from TwitterBerry
EAT IT!

Mecca 08-01-2009 10:40 PM

That's nice that he's good at special teams but that isn't going to mean alot if he sucks ass as a safety and is starting.

EAT IT!

I've never said Pollard couldn't be a GREAT special teams player.

But that's just it. That's what he is.

SAVE US MIKE BROWN!

There's a misquote in that article that was posted earlier. The first version I read asked Page how he felt about the competition with Mike Brown, not Pollard.

Hammock Parties 08-01-2009 10:54 PM

I'll bet you $100 RIGHT NOW Page is a starting safety.

Hos are NOT cheap in Houston.

For $100 I'll save myself the guilt and the shower ala Casino Royale scene and just jerk off instead of ****ing some nasty-ass tramp with cellulite.

Haha really? Never would've thought that! Of course it sucks. It's training camp. If this is the worst thing these guys have to do then Haley's letting them off soft. This really isn't that extreme.

Belichick once made the Pats run a 600 yard sprint after a preseason game. And he's probably done worse than that. Conditioning drills, all that jazz. Haley's going to do plenty of this stuff to weed out the guys who will get with the program and those who won't. I'm not a big fan of the "tough guy" coach crap at all but really we're a 2 win team, sprints aren't going to kill anyone.

Actually as poor as our team is, the sprints might kill them ROFL
