So, to be the best CB in the league, you have to not only completely lock down the opposition's WR1, you have to get interceptions as well - when they all but refuse to throw to your side of the field?

Please pay attention. He has had 20 passes defensed over the last two years. That is twenty very good opportunities at interceptions. He did it 10% of the time.

Look at the historical greats, and they are usually between 30-50%. They actually make the QB pay, not just knock the ball down.

Oakland was tough to beat at home for years. Good football teams are hard to beat at home. Sunday two subpar teams will line up and one will win...maybe. The Chiefs are rebuilding and Oakland is in a mad mans limbo. People need to understand that these are two weak football teams going nowhere this year.

Historical greats were allowed to make contact with receivers.

Well we will see Sunday if the Chiefs test his side of the field.

If he is the best CB in the league, then the league has taken a step backwards.
I'd love to know who you think is a better CB right now than Asomugha.

Something tells me the flight has been delayed.

If the Raiders are only going to be one thing this year, its physical. Last week Baltimore knew we were game planning to stop their run and they went to the air. This week the Raiders know we are going to game plan to stop their run and they are still going to run.

Will this game sellout?

While I don't think it will be Arrowhead circa 1997, I don't think it will be as bad as it's been the past 4 years or so. I think Haley and Pioli have energized the broader fanbase much more than they have most of us that post here.

Sad but true, I can only hope they can because it is their only option.

If the team plays the first half against the Raiders like they did the Ravens, the fans will turn on Haley immediately.

How about Champ Bailey? Again, a much better PD to Int ratio.

Again, a PD is where the corner actually deflects the ball. The truly great ones pick those off.

Champ Bailey is still better than Asomugha.
