St Louis could easily take Suh...I don't really think any of the QB's are worth the pick personally.

Because the only explanation I've heard is that they run a gimmick split-back offense, an offense that even one of the best offensive minds, Norv Turner, doesn't run with two outstanding backs.
A Gimmick offense? Cassel would benefit from a shotgun 2 RB offense. Charles can't run the ball 20 times a game for the whole season. You'd have 2 playmakers on the field which would be hard to cover and you one of them can return kicks. It would only help the offense.

Carriker sucks. Thats why I wouldn't draft Suh and play him at DT in the 3-4.

If the Chiefs hadn't switched to 3-4 I'd be sitting here telling you they should consider defensive line.
