Some of you dumbasses actually think Cassel is worse than Campbell???? Jesus..... - Sofa King

Orton is a little better than Cassel. Campbell sucks. - Icarus

Campbell is the only option. - Sam Hall

He is. How many Pro Bowls has Campbell been to?

Not as many as Cassel

How many 3500+ yards and 20+ TD seasons does he have?

Not as many as Orton.

Study carefully these ESPN Season QB Ratings. You'll see the same thing on NFL.com & FoxSports. After contemplating the relative positions of the AFCW QBs, then ask yourself if Campbell is the worst:

Season QB Ratings 2011
#10__ Jason Campbell
#14__ Philip Rivers
#18__ Kyle Orton
#31__ Matt Cassel

I'd like to change my vote.

I don't believe that there is any way that anyone can create a standard measure to truly rate a QB.

There's no way hell that Campbell is a better QB than Rivers.

The fact is, the only QB in this division that is worth a damn is Rivers.

The rest is just black hole suckage.

Everybody agrees - so much so that Rivers wasn't even listed as a possibility. The poll in this thread is "Who is the worst AFCW QB?"

4% said Orton
28% said Cassel
67% said Campbell

It appears that the majority who picked Campbell as the worst AFCW QB were wrong....

Hey - I'm not the only one saying you guys were wrong in the assessment that Campbell is the worst QB in the west...

ESPN Bill Williamson: Campbell takes over division QBR lead

Jason Campbell, Oakland... Season NFL ranking: 9
Comment: If Campbell can keep this up, the Raiders are going to win a lot of games.

Philip Rivers, San Diego... Season NFL ranking: 11
Comment: Rivers is good as always, but he has some key mistakes.

Kyle Orton, Denver
Comment: Orton has to improve if the Broncos are going to win consistently.

Matt Cassel, Kansas City
Comment: A lot is going wrong in Kansas City and Cassel isn’t helping matters.

Ace Gunner 09-25-2011 07:46 AM

Agree with BW. He'll be there today.

Pasta Little Brioni 09-25-2011 07:47 AM

Like Milkman said, any measure that grades out Campbell higher than Rivers is flawed and pretty much useless.

After watching the Buffalo game, the Faid are well on thier way to a 2-8 record outside the division yet again.

That's kind of what I was thinking.

Just like we are overeacting about how bad we are, they are overeacting about how good they are.
