I honestly think he is trying too hard and because of that he gets flustered. He is not confident behind the center and he is not a natural. Confidence and the natural ability to feel the pressure and knowing where your men are, are keys to a successful QB. He's lost his confidence and he's never been able to see the field like he should by now. Because of that, he now tries way too hard to make things happen.

The sad thing is, is that he seems like a great guy and the players seem to like him. He's got a great passion for the game and wants to a great QB. And when you lose your confidence, you try to make things happen- like dunking a pass off hoping your RB will turn a 2-yard pass into a 15-yard gain.
