Show me where the OP said that he wanted a normal family. He said that he wants a DNA test to prove that this is HIS son.

It is my understanding that if he gets the DNA test to confirm paternity, he gets parental rights. Makes sense that he should fight for that.

I think something about this story hits a nerve with you...Did your wife cheat on you or something?

Hmmm.....I wonder why she doesn't want the DNA test to happen.

Utah http://laws.findlaw.com/US/131/176.html That whoever commits adultery shall be punished by imprisonment in the penitentiary not exceeding three years; and, when the act is committed between a married woman and a man who is unmarried, both parties to such act shall be deemed guilty of adultery; and when such act is committed between a married man and a woman who is unmarried, the man shall be deemed guilty of adultery.' 24 St. 635. said defendant, Hans Nielsen, having been duly convicted in this court of the crime of adultery, it is therefore ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the said Hans Nielsen be imprisoned in the penitentiary of the territory of Utah, at the county of Salt Lake, for the term of one hundred and twenty-five days. http://laws.findlaw.com/10th/964191.html The Ten Commandments are undeniably a sacred text in the Jewish and Christian faiths, and no legislative recitation of a supposed secular purpose can blind us to that fact. The Commandments do not confine themselves to arguably secular matters, such as honoring one's parents, killing or murder, adultery, stealing, false witness, and covetousness. . . .

She already testified under oath that she was an adulterer.

My question is how in the hell did she end up in Utah? That state is messed up. This thread adds to my opinion of the state. Been there once and have no plans to go back.

Never been married.

I've got an idea. Ever considered just waiting until your alleged babymoma changes her mind again? She sounds like a prize.

MIAdragon 11-09-2011 04:12 PM

I find it funny that many are trying to nail this guy to the cross for attempting to own up to his mistakes and do what he is supposed to do. Had you knocked her up and bailed the same people would be throwing stones for that as well. Stick with it man, take care of your own, if nothing else sleep well knowing YOU did everything you could.

Except, you know, wait till she was divorced to get your pecker wet. Or, you know, wear a condom. Or, you know, talk to her and tell her "sorry, but you are married, and I can't get involved"

Why is it so hard for people to understand this? Why do people make their lives into As the World Turns, and then wonder why they are getting screwed? Are some laws jacked up? Yes, they are. But, they are in place before people go breaking them, and claiming stupidity doesn't mean they don't apply

teedubya 11-09-2011 06:47 PM

Moral of the story... don't **** a married woman. The End.

Now, since you did do this... however ****ing stupid it may have been... you now have a kid with her... maybe...

Well, this son will have your EXACT Y chromosome... that is the interesting thing about have a male child.

Anyway, good on you for trying to look out for your kid. Bad on you for ****ing a married dumbass drama whore.
