Dad works at the post office. He only gets one Saturday off every six weeks. This isn't one of those weeks. He would have tried to get it off, but he didn't feel like trying to get off to go to a football game was more important than those trying to get off to be with family.

I could have brought a cheap ticket and went, I guess, but I didn't know anyone else that was driving up. Didn't feel like spending money for ticket, parking, and gas PLUS having to drive up there and back by myself.

If this game lives up to past Raider/Chiefs contests it will be a close one. But that doesn't really worry me. I'd really like to see the Chiefs win an important game after a high-energy win the previous week...

My Xmas would be made with a Chiefs win and Bronco/Charger losses. Just having next week be for something would be awesome no matter what happens.
